Meanwhile...

Since the last time I wrote anything my life was completely different. My biggest concern on a normal day would be what to cook for dinner. Oh, how things change!

Here we are, he's much bigger now, he was four months old in this photo.

I've since had a baby. I've started (and am nearly finishing) a new degree, in Psychology. 

Now my biggest concern on a normal day is if the baby's head is becoming flat by lying on his play mat to write an essay for a class (or a blog post as of now). I'm still on my maternity leave, so I spend the whole day with Mr. Baby and we have loads of fun. Right now he's into songs that have people whistling, and laughing whenever we look at him. Right now I'm into string cheese and sleeping for more than three hours in a row, which I don't get to do very often.

Living in Ireland is still fun and there's more sun than people usually give it credit for. Being a Brazilian who doesn't enjoy hot weather, I'm in the right place. 

I miss writing, which was the sole purpose of having a website in the first place and decided to go back slowly. No new short stories and I'm not even touching the book for now, as I am in the process of starting my research project for school, but at least I get to write a little, keep the brain working, while I get stuff done.
